When animals (including humans) eat plants, we convert ~70% of the plants nutrients into energy, wasting ~30%. When we (or animals) eat meat, we convert only ~40% of it and waste ~60%.
Therefore, the clever maker of that poster is only absorbing %28 of the plant’s nutrients instead of %70. So funny.
